What is an AI concierge?
An AI concierge is an assistant that lives on your website and does two things a chatbot does not: it sees the page your visitor is looking at, and it points to the exact button or link they need next. AskMyWebsite AI answers from your own content, replies in the visitor's own language, and never clicks for them - it shows the way, and the visitor stays in control.

How our pricing works
Most AI tools bill you for tokens, so a longer page or a more detailed reply quietly costs more. We count one thing: an answer - a question your visitor asked and the concierge answered. When the concierge keeps guiding after an answer, across steps or pages, those automatic continuations are free. Long conversations do not punish you.
You add credit to your account and pay per use. Credit is money in your account, not a bundle of answers: it never expires, and each answer is deducted at the price in force on the day it is used. If a price changes, we give 30 days' notice. You can ask for a full refund of the credit you purchased at any time, less payment processing fees. You can also turn on automatic top-ups, and turn them off whenever you like.
Not useful? Get the cent back: flag an answer in the dashboard and the cent returns to your credit automatically, for up to 10% of your paid answers each month.
You set your own limits: a monthly budget and a daily limit per site. The only limit we set is a default daily limit per site against bot traffic, and you can change it. If your credit or a limit is reached, visitors already mid-conversation can finish their thread, and for new visitors the widget simply does not appear until you add credit or the limit resets - your site never shows an error.
All payments run on Stripe's hosted pages - your card details never reach our servers. No subscription, no setup fees, no minimum term.

What is an AI concierge, and how is it different from a chatbot?
An AI concierge is an assistant that lives on your website, sees the page your visitor is looking at, and points to the exact button or link they need next. A classic chatbot only writes text in a bubble. AskMyWebsite AI answers from your own content and then guides the visitor on the page itself - it highlights where to click, and the visitor stays in control.
How do I install AskMyWebsite AI on my website?
You paste one script tag into your site's HTML, before the closing body tag. There is no plugin to install and no code to change. The same tag works on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, custom HTML and JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.
Where do the answers come from?
From your own website. When you create an account, the Service scans the pages of your site and builds an assistant that answers only from that content plus the notes you add in the dashboard - not from the open internet. It also reads the visible text of the page the visitor is currently on, so answers match what is on screen.
What counts as one answer?
One answer is one question your visitor asks that the concierge answers. When the concierge keeps guiding after an answer - continuing across steps or pages - those automatic continuations do not consume additional answers. You pay for answers, not tokens: a long page or a detailed reply never costs more than a short one.
How much does it cost?
One cent per answer (0.01 EUR) and two cents per scanned page (0.02 EUR). The first 50 answers are free, once per account, and the first scan of each site (up to 50 pages) is free. You add prepaid credit and pay per use: there are no plans, tiers or subscriptions, and the credit never expires. The free answers are a one-time allowance per account, not a monthly one, and they follow your domain: if a site that already used part of its allowance is added to a new account, only the remainder is available. Commerce answers (catalog, cart and checkout in the chat) and voice are pilots, priced separately on request.
What happens when my credit runs out?
Your first 50 answers are free; after that each answer is deducted from your credit. If your balance reaches zero, or you reach the monthly budget or the daily per-site limit that you set, visitors already mid-conversation can finish their thread and new visitors simply do not see the widget until you add credit or the limit resets - your site never shows an error. You can turn on automatic top-ups so it never gets there.
Can the assistant click buttons or fill forms for my visitors?
No, by design. The concierge highlights the element to click and explains the step, but the click always belongs to the visitor. It never presses buttons, fills fields or submits forms on anyone's behalf - which also means it can never take a wrong action on your site.
Which languages does it support?
The concierge replies in the language the visitor writes in, regardless of the language of your site. A visitor can ask in Spanish on an English site and get a Spanish answer drawn from your English content.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Every account gets a free scan of its own site (up to 50 pages) and the first 50 answers, usable live on your site. No card is required and there is no trial clock. Beyond that you pay one cent per answer from prepaid credit, and nothing until you add some.
Does the widget set cookies on my visitors?
No. The widget sets no cookies and stores nothing in the browser until a visitor opens the assistant. Once opened, it keeps the conversation in sessionStorage, which the browser deletes when the tab closes. The details are in our [Cookies and Local Storage Notice].
Is it GDPR compliant, and where is my data stored?
The Service is operated from Spain and hosted in the EU (Barcelona, Spain). We offer a GDPR Art. 28 [Data Processing Agreement] to every customer, visitor conversations are automatically deleted after 90 days, and our [Privacy Policy] lists every sub-processor we use.
Can I remove the AskMyWebsite AI branding?
Widget personalization - name, logo, colors, welcome message and tone - is free for every account. The Powered by AskMyWebsite AI line is removed, and full white-label (including custom CSS on the widget) is unlocked, as soon as you have added credit to your account. There is no separate plan to buy.
Is there a subscription to cancel?
There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Credit stays in your account, never expires, and you only pay when answers are used. If you want your money back, ask for a refund of the credit you purchased at any time and we return it, less payment processing fees. Deleting your account does not refund credit automatically, so ask for the refund before deleting it. Your data follows the retention periods in our [Privacy Policy].

The concierge runs on your visitors' screens, so the data rules are not fine print - they are the product. The short version:

No cookies from the widget

Data that deletes itself
Visitor conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days. A deleted account is recoverable for 90 days, then purged. Security audit records are kept 24 months. The schedule is in the [Privacy Policy].
Payments never touch us
All payments run on Stripe's hosted pages. Card details never reach our servers - we store only a payment reference and your invoice history.
The assistant never acts
It highlights where to click; the visitor clicks. It never presses buttons, fills fields or submits forms, it never reads form input values, and your content is not used to train AI models.
